Global real estate is one of the largest asset classes in the world, worth more than shares, stocks and bonds combined. Residential property makes up three quarters of this total, but remains expensive and time-consuming to invest in.

For over 8 years, we have made it our mission to bring accessibility, simplicity and liquidity to this asset class. We created the world’s first and only regulated exchange for individual properties, enabling the instantaneous trading of shares in a vast range of property listed on the Exchange.

We now have over £120m AUM, investors from over 80 countries, paid over £10m to clients in dividend payments and over £55m of shares have been traded on the Exchange.

Liquidity

We create liquidity in what has traditionally been an illiquid asset, simplifying property ownership and investment and creating innovation in the sector.

Simplicity

We believe that investing in property should be as simple as trading a mainstream listed stock. Our Exchange enables users to buy and sell shares in real estate in just a few clicks.

Accessibility

We enable you to add individual properties to your portfolio without the burdens and upfront costs of traditional ownership, democratising access to this asset class.
